STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE


    1. Product Availability
      In the event of a shortage or unavailability of any product ordered by the customer, Masterline Services will promptly notify the customer through its authorized representatives. Suitable alternatives or adjustments will ​be communicated at the time of notification.
    2. Return and Warranty Policy
      Masterline Services does not offer a general return policy for all products. Only products accompanied by a valid manufacturer-issued warranty or guarantee card are eligible for return or replacement, subject to the terms and conditions of the warranty.
    3. Payment Terms
      Masterline Services accepts payments via Cash on Delivery (COD) and Unified Payments Interface (UPI). All payments are to be made only after the successful completion of the service or delivery of item.
    4. Visiting Charges
      A visiting charge of ₹50 is applicable if the customer chooses not to proceed with the service after a visit by the service professional. However, if the service is availed, this visiting charge will be deducted from the final bill.
    5. Additional Work
      Any additional tasks or services requested by the customer that fall outside the originally agreed-upon scope of work will be subject to extra charges. These charges will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.
    6. Service Availability
      Please note that Masterline Services does operate on Sundays from 9 AM to 2 PM. Services are available Monday through Saturday during regular business hours.
